ग्रीन टी हे एक नैसर्गिक फॅट बर्नर असून त्यात भरपूर अँटी ऑक्सिडंट्स असतात. ग्रीन टी पिताना काही गोष्टी लक्षात घ्याव्यात. आज आपण बराच काळापासून आपल्या डोक्यात घर करून बसलेल्या ग्रीन टीबद्दलच्या समज-गैरसमजांबाबत जाणून घेणार आहोत. त्यामागचं वास्तवही जाणणार आहोत. ग्रीन टी हे आजकाल हेल्थ ड्रिंक म्हणून खूप प्रसिद्ध झालं आहे. अगदी जिम ट्रेनरपासून डाएटिशनपर्यंत आणि ऑफिसमधल्या सहकाऱ्यापासून शेजारच्या मैत्रिणीपर्यंत सगळे जण ग्रीन टी पिण्याचा सल्ला देत असतात. हा ग्रीन टी कसा घ्यावा, किती घ्यावा आणि कधी घ्यावा याबाबत मात्र प्रत्येकाच्या मनात बरेच प्रश्न असतात. कित्येकदा गैरसमजही असतात. ग्रीन टीचा उपयोग आणि तो घेण्याची योग्य पद्धत या विषयी... आपल्याला सर्वांना माहीत आहे, की ग्रीन टी हे एक नैसर्गिक फॅट बर्नर असून त्यात भरपूर अँटी ऑक्सिडंट्स असतात. ग्रीन टी पिताना खालील गोष्टी लक्षात घ्याव्यात. > दिवसाला साधारणपणे तीन ते चार कप ग्रीन टी घ्यावा म्हणजे त्याचे फायदे मिळू शकतात. जास्त प्रमाणात घेतल्यानं फायद्याऐवजी नुकसान होण्याची शक्यता असते. उदा. पित्त वाढणं, मळमळ होणं, झोप न लागणं इत्यादी. > बनवण्याची कृती - सर्वप्रथम पाणी उकळावं. गॅस बंद करून त्यात ग्रीन टी पावडर किंवा ग्रीन टी डीप सॅशे टाकून झाकण ठेवावं आणि दोन मिनिटं ते मुरू द्यावं. चवीला किंचित लिंबू, आलं नाहीतर पुदिना किंवा गवती चहा घातला तरी चालेल; परंतु साखर किंवा दूध मात्र अजिबात घालू नये. > ग्रीन टीची चव थोडी वेगळी असल्यामुळे कित्येकांना आवडत नाही आणि खासकरून गरम ग्रीन टी पिणं त्यांना अवघड वाटू शकतं. ज्यांना गरम प्यायला आवडत नाही, त्यांनी गार करून प्यायला तरी चालेल. > ज्यांना उग्र चव आवडत नाही, त्यांनी सुरुवातीला कमी प्रमाणात ग्रीन टी वापरावा किंवा एक लीटर पाण्यात एक कप ग्रीन टी घालून तो विरघळवून घ्यावा. हे पाणी बाटलीत भरून दिवसभर थोडेथोडं प्यावं. > ग्रीन टी कधीही प्यायला तरी चालतो. पण संध्याकाळी उशिरा तो पिणं टाळावं. ग्रीन टीमुळे उत्साह वाढू शकतो; कारण ते मेंदूला उत्तेजन देणारे पेय आहे. रात्री प्यायल्यानं झोपेवर त्याचा परिणाम होऊ शकतो. > साधारणपणे दोन जेवणाच्यामध्ये ग्रीन टी घ्यावा. वजन कमी करण्यासाठी म्हणून घ्यायचा असेल, तर काही आहारतज्ज्ञ तो जेवणाबरोबर किंवा जेवणानंतर घ्यायला सांगतात. यामुळे चरबीचं आणि काही पोषक घटकांचे शरीरात होणारं शोषण कमी होऊ शकतं.
